ModernHawk is priced annually by aircraft type with a one-time company creation fee. Unlimited users, bases, and devices are included in every subscription.

Annual aircraft-based pricing

Your subscription scales with the types of aircraft in your operation.

  • Single Engine (Piston) — $750 / year
  • Single Engine — $1,250 / year
  • Twin Engine — $2,250 / year
  • Black Hawk — $3,000 / year

Adjust your fleet mix at renewal or as your operation grows.

$2,500 company creation fee

A one-time onboarding fee that covers getting your operation live on ModernHawk.

  • Company account setup & initial configuration
  • Training for pilots, admins, and mechanics
  • First aircraft data migration included

Most operators are configured and using ModernHawk in days, not months.

Additional aircraft migrations

Additional aircraft can be migrated by our team or handled internally.

$1,500 – $3,500 per aircraft

  • Logbook and maintenance history structuring
  • Times, cycles, and component build-up
  • Data validation and QA review

Final migration cost depends on data format and aircraft complexity.
