Inventory Management for Components and Bench-stock

ModernHawk has just released phase 1 of our inventory management system. Users are now able to track consumable stock items as well as serialized components and assemblies. If your aviation department has ever struggled to manage where their stock items and ultimately their money is going, than we have created a solution for you.

 

Consumables

ModernHawk now provides access to a consumable components inventory where users can add stock items with associated information. You can sort by location, warehouse, part number, lot number, and more. Users can assign a value to each item and monitor the total cost of each line item of stock. Stock can be assigned to open write-ups, automatically removing the desired quantity from the on hand inventory and assigning it to the individual write-up. The cost is then added to the labor cost to provide the user with a real world cost analysis of the maintenance that was just performed, as well as tracking the inventory status simultaneously.

 
 
 

Components and Assemblies

Serialized components are stored within our digital warehouse as well. Components can be organized by type, warehouse location, and more. These components can range from simple single item components up to major assemblies or entire engines. All pertinent information from the components hard card can be uploaded and ready for installation on an aircraft though our component swap feature.
